Staff turnover at Benders is low. As an employer, we are positive about this. Staff turnover is low for both office and shopfloor workers. The figures are compiled annually at each place where we have operations. They are reported to senior management at their meeting around the turn of the year.

Benders seeks to have long-term employment relationships. The goal is to work with own employed people as far as possible. We try to minimise the use of manpower companies and outside contractors. This keeps our costs down and contributes to increased employee loyalty and expertise. It also contributes to long-term and secure employment relationships.

In 2020, the company drew up an internal code of conduct clarifying the company’s core values, its culture and what these entail for employees.

To a high degree, recruitment occurs close to our units and the company justifiably feels there is strength in the local anchoring of its employees. We also believe that this too contributes to long-term appointments.
