Macadam in fraction 2-5mm, can be used as a setting layer for slab and ground stone laying or as a drainage layer under our walls. Stone chips lack the finest fractions and therefore have good drainage properties. Stone chips are also an environmentally friendly and proven anti-slip material on roads and footpaths when the temperature drops, but especially in late winter when the snow melts and ice forms at night.
