Benders has manufactured and supplied specially designed prefabricated elements that form stable foundations for a stepped system in JM’s Monoliten (“The Monolith”), a residential project in Stockholm. Each of the 13 supplied elements was a little over 6 metres long and 2.4 metres wide.
