Macadam in fraction 2-5 mm is used as a setting layer for slabs and paving stones or under wall stones. Stone chips lack the finest fractions and therefore have good draining properties. Stone chips are therefore also used as a joint material for draining paving stones. Stone chips are also a proven anti-slip material for roads and footpaths. Remove loose snow and distribute evenly on the surface for best results.
