Bohusgranit Ekonomisk Förening, part of the Benders Group, is making extensive investments in Swedish natural stone, both in production facilities and through new quarrying permits.
On 1st March, Anders Erdmark will assume the role of the company’s first CEO, marking a milestone in its history.
– In recent years, we have built a world-unique kerbstone production line and a new sawing hall to automate and optimise our natural stone production.
Additionally, we have invested significant resources in applying for new quarrying permits to increase our annual extraction capacity.
Now, we are taking the next step with Anders Erdmark as the company’s first CEO, says Mats Jakobsson, CEO of Benders Sverige AB.
Over the past 12 years at Benders, Anders Erdmark has held various senior positions within the Benders Group, including Production Manager at Benders Sverige AB and CEO of Benders Byggsystem AB.
– We are looking forward to further developing and investing in Swedish Bohus granite. With our dedicated employees and the extensive work carried out in recent years, we are optimistic about the promising future ahead for our natural stone production, says Anders Erdmark.
