8. CCTV Monitoring

Benders strives to be a safe workplace for our employees. As part of this, we use CCTV.

Monitored areas are marked with signs informing you that you are in a monitored area. The signs indicate the data controller and provide further contact information.

Footage is not shared with other businesses, but Benders reserves the right to keep it for a longer period in case of suspected misconduct and/or to hand it over to public authorities upon request.
